Shipping:

*DUE TO COVID-19 DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO BEING DELAYED*

Dependent upon what time of day an order is placed, orders will be processed and sent out for delivery within 24-48 hours from purchase being made. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail and confirmed with a tracking number upon being dispatched. 

To meet all occasion we are glad at OUDerinde to say we offer a variety of delivery options that span from normal packaging to gift wrapped packages & personalised messaging.

UK Shipping Rates:

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - £4.50 / Gift Wrapping Option £7.50

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - £5.50 / Gift Wrapping Option £8.50

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.50 / Gift Wrapping Option £10.50

International Shipping Rates:

All international orders (United States of America, Europe EU and Asia) are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For service.

Disclaimer - we cannot be held liable for any additional import charges on orders. 

Please note all orders made on a Bank Holiday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working day.

Returns:

With the nature of the product offered, returns are not accepted post purchase for hygiene reasons. To combat "disliking the smell", sample blotters are available to be sent for free prior to making a purchase to confirm approval or disproval of scent. 

An exception for a return can be made if an allergic reaction has occurred on skin upon application but this must be confirmed by a professional. When this is the case please email us via our Contact section or social media platforms to pursue further.
